Meet Andrew Pearse, the principal and driving force behind Platinum Residential. His story in real estate goes back to 1990, when he sold his first home in Vorna Valley, Midrand, fresh out of National Service. Over three and a half decades, he's built and led sales teams, co-owned an agency, run his own franchise, and in 2004 founded Platinum Residential itself, growing it into one of the most recognised upmarket property brands in the Midrand area.

Along the way, Andrew picked up a stack of industry honours, from Realty Executives Gold Awards and International Chairman's Awards in the late '90s and early 2000s, to being named Waterfall City's Best Property Practitioner two years running. But ask anyone who's worked with him and they'll tell you the awards aren't the point. It's that he genuinely shows up for people. Andrew is known — and loved — for his integrity, his encyclopaedic knowledge of Midrand and Waterfall City, and his refusal to let a client's call go unanswered.

He believes the best agents are teachers first, and he's spent his career passing on what he knows so his clients can make decisions with real confidence.
