Meet Melanie Pearse, the marketing mind and systems architect behind Platinum Residential. Before real estate, she earned her stripes in international marketing, coordinating pan-European campaigns for BMG Entertainment, managing product launches for Electronic Arts, and running marketing strategy for a UK travel and leisure group — experience that gave her a sharp, global eye for brand and strategy.

She brought that eye home to Platinum Residential in 2002, and has worn nearly every hat since: agent, manager, creative. Melanie spent years on the ground as part of the sales force that helped build the momentum behind Waterfall's rise, before shifting her full focus to marketing and systems, keeping the Platinum brand sharp, the technology current, and the whole operation running smoothly behind the scenes.

She believes structure and creativity aren't opposites; they're partners, and that shows in everything from the website to the client database to the campaigns that keep Platinum ahead of the market.

When she's not working, you'll find Melanie out on the water wingfoiling alongside her husband Andrew and their three boys, or in an advanced reformer or Cadillac Pilates class. She's a firm believer in a healthy mind and a strong body, and brings that same balance into her work.
